Who are you?

Hey, I'm Breanna. a RYT Yoga Guide and Body Neutrality Advocate. I lend guidance in restful experiences that encourage a connection between mind-body through gentle Yoga practices and Yoga Nidra. I am a mom to three littles and nature is my vibe. 

What services do you provide?

When holding space, I offer gentle and accessible Yoga practices, Yoga Nidra and Meditation experiences. I also offer personally curated workshop experiences, such as Come Home to Your Body that can lend the space to enhance and deepen connections in a group setting. 

What do you appreciate about Now & Zen and being part of the Collective?

As part of the collective, I am so thankful to share spaces with beautiful humans sharing their wonderful gifts with the world. This unique group of space holders and practitioners has expanded my lens on experiences and opportunities for deepened connection. The friendships forged have been part of this beautiful interconnected journey.

Why We Love Breanna

Breanna is one of the warmest and most caring people you’ll ever meet. Her approachable and welcoming nature instantly puts everyone at ease. After attending her events and workshops, we always leave feeling both relaxed and empowered.

As women, we sometimes struggle with feeling like we’re not enough. Breanna has taught us the importance of self-acceptance and celebration, encouraging us to embrace ALL of the feelings. We love her honesty and realness—she tells it like it is.

Breanna is thoughtful, fun-loving and authentic. We’re so grateful to have her as part of our collective, and she continues to inspire and uplift us all.
