We hope to provide you with nourishing activities to help soothe your nervous system, relax your body and calm your mind. We aim to invite play, connection and creativity into these offerings to not only bring you a restorative experience but also a joyful one. Yoga, Meditation and Breathwork
You will have opportunities to practice various types of Yoga throughout the weekend, including: Yoga Nidra, Morning Flow, Restorative Yoga and Breathwork. Allow yourself to be guided into deep healing practices rooted in ancient wisdom and backed by modern science. Whether you are a first time or seasoned practitioner, these experiences will bring you just what you need. Move, breathe, and be.

Nourishing Meals
What is life without food? All meals and snacks throughout the weekend are included. Our experienced chef and friend, Maggie, will be preparing delicious meals for us throughout the weekend. With her passion for flavour and her commitment to wholesome ingredients, Maggie will craft a menu that not only delights the palate but also replenishes the body. If you have dietary requirements, please share them with us and we’ll do our very best to accommodate.

Cold Plunge and Hot Tub
Challenge yourself to a cold plunge and then warm up with the sweet heat of the hot tub. This cold and hot exposure can improve circulation, give you a boost in energy, promote relaxation, flush out toxins and aid in stress relief. Green Nest is home to a beautiful spacious 22 jet swim spa that you can use at any time throughout the weekend.

The Space
We will spend the entire weekend at a stunning Private Retreat property located in Beautiful Buckhorn, just outside of Peterborough. Green Nest Lodge is nestled in the trees above Sandy Lake also known as the Lake of Spirits. The property has 2 acres of land + 10 bedrooms in 5 unique private suites, along with the panoramic lakeview dining hall, main library living room, lakeside lounge, a sun lounge, a yoga shala, a newly built outdoor lakeside deck, a heated swim spa w/ 22 jets, outdoor fire pits area, multiple outdoor spaces and a private beachfront!
The Accommodations
We have a number of different options for accommodations. Many will adjust the price based on single or double occupancy. The full cost for weekend accommodations (paid to Green Nest) and the Now & Zen experience will range between $528-$1425CAD taxes included.
A $200 non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your spot today!
It is important to us that this retreat is accessible financially and we recommend 3 separate payments. We can be flexible with what works for you! If you have any questions or concerns, you can contact us and we will be happy to help.

Our retreat is designed to be flexible and accommodating to your needs and preferences. While we offer a variety of enriching activities and experiences, participation in any activity is completely optional. You have the freedom to curate your own weekend based on what resonates with you most. Whether you choose to dive into every activity headfirst or simply relax and enjoy the serene surroundings, the choice is entirely yours.

This retreat is a full weekend commitment. Check out our other day events if that jives better with your life right now!

We understand life happens! If you are unable to attend the retreat and provide us with a minimum of 30 days notice we can issue a refund minus your non-refundable deposit. If you need to cancel within 30 days leading up to the retreat we cannot guarantee a refund. You can gift your ticket to someone else and we can try to find a replacement but there is no guarantee of a refund.
