Aligning the Chakras through Movement and Meditation
A yoga practice centered around Chakra wisdom, movement, meditation, seed sounds, Chakra insights and more!
In this yoga session, we will warm up the body, enjoy a meditation through the chakras, then we will move into a posture for each Chakra. While in each posture, we will learn about this Chakra, sound the seed sound together and transition into the next posture and Chakra. If there is time at the end, we may include an art project focusing on which Chakra to work with, next.
